Terms & Conditions for the sale of Physical Product Packs


These are the additional Terms and Conditions specifically for the Physical Product Pack which is part of the Key to Learning @Home program.



These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for the Physical Product Pack. By ordering the pack, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

The supplier of the pack is Educola Ida Winiarek, a registered business in Poland, under a supply and service agreement with Key to Learning at Home Ltd, a registered company in the UK. You should contact us at with any queries that you may have.

We provide these packs and the shipping at cost price and do not make any profit on them, in order to keep the price to a minimum for subscribers. The main contents are produced especially for us for the needs of Key to Learning program users, as there is nothing else already available on the market that could be used instead.



By completing the order form on this website for the Physical Product Pack, you are consenting to Key to Learning at Home and Educola Ida Winiarek storing and using your personal information in order to take payment for and ship your products. Your data will not be passed to any other 3rd party except for the carrier company, as is required for them to be able to deliver your order. You can see our full Privacy Policy here.



Payment will be taken for the Physical Product Pack, and any applicable shipping costs and taxes through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or using a credit or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. Full payment will be taken immediately, at the point of placing the order.



A contract is formed between Educola Ida Winiarek and you at the point in time that payment has been taken from you. Due to the short time scale in sending out the products to you, this order cannot be cancelled once placed.

Your order for the Physical Product Pack is accepted when your order is despatched and not before. Orders of the Physical Product Packs are restricted to people who have subscribed to the Key to Learning at Home program, and the number of packs sold is restricted in accordance with our terms and conditions for subscriptions to the program. As such, every order will be checked for compliance with this before any order is accepted and shipped. Payment will be refunded to you if your order is later not accepted.



For the Physical Product Pack, only a tracked service with reliable and trusted carriers will be used. We will endeavour to maintain our webpage with the lowest shipping costs, within those parameters, for the area of the world in which you are in.

We can ship these packs anywhere in the world. However, we cannot currently offer options to all addresses automatically through our system, due to the complexity of the carrier companies rules and regional exceptions. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the complexity of the carriers’ requirements in these cases.

Please ensure you put your postcode/zipcode, not just your country, into the shipping calculator on the basket/cart page to get the correct shipping price. If you do not get offered a shipping price, do not proceed with the order and email us at for a quote. The absence of a shipping price does not mean that shipping is free. Please include your full and complete address and which pack you need in the email. We will respond promptly and with the details you will be able to place the order at that point.

To allow time for your pack to arrive with you, the sessions that use the resources included in the Physical Product Pack don’t start until the 3rd month of the program. Educola endeavour to send out your Physical Product Pack within a few days of receiving the order and your pack should arrive with you well before this time.

The courier companies usually attempt to deliver to the delivery address three times before returning the package to us. You must contact the courier on the number they leave on the failed delivery notice to make alternative arrangements if necessary. We cannot accept responsibility if your order is returned to Educola. The cost of any package returned to Educola by the courier due to failed delivery attempts is the customer’s responsibility.

The packs and an invoice/receipt are sent out by Educola and each order is handpicked and checked carefully. Once you have accepted delivery of the Physical Product Pack, you have 7 days in which to inform us of any problem. You can contact us at



If you are outside the European Union, then any customs import duties, tariffs or taxes that are payable for receiving the pack into your country are not charged by us and are your responsibility either through the couriers or direct with the customs import authorities.



The prices shown are exclusive of any value added tax or sales tax, which will be applied as applicable on the checkout page. Due to the international nature of our market, all prices are shown and collected in US dollars.



All products are sold on the basis that they will be used in accordance with the Key to Learning at Home program as intended by us. You are limited to using the materials with 3 children in your own home only, as stated in the Member Agreement for the online subscription element of the program.



Due to the nature of the resources included in the Physical Product Pack, the many small and specific pieces that it is comprised of, and the specific use they are designed for, there are no refunds or returns available for this.
